Mary shares the heartbreaking story of losing her father in a farming accident at just eight years old, and how grief, faith, family, and community shaped her life afterward. She also discusses anxiety, healing, motherhood, and the emotional journey of turning personal tragedy into a story that can help children and families facing loss today.

Mary Grace Johnson is a published author with hope*books and a former English teacher and librarian. She writes inspirational stories and blogs that encourage people through difficult seasons while pointing them toward the love and hope found in Jesus Christ.
